Click to expand.Didn't see that!! Thought it was a bit weird. Should be the latest drivers as I only installed the card on Friday and went on the nvidia site to download them, but i'll double check. Edit: Downloaded the beta drivers and still the same issue. When it loads up and gets to menu screen it displays in 4:3 (black bars at each side) When I change the resolution to 1280 x 720, it black screens. Bizarrely I can go to very high settings but it wont let me turn full-screen on even at high settings at 720p.
I cant beleive NO ONE has figured this out yet. The suggested to edit that folder is ridiculous and unnecessary. I however, have found the BEST SOLUTION and you dont have to edit that stupid file! PUT THE SHORTCUT TO DEAD SPACE 2 ON YOUR DESKTOP (DONT OPEN THROUGH ORIGIN) THEN, RIGHT CLICK ON THE DEAD SPACE 2 SHORTCUT AND CLICK 'RUN AS ADMINSTRATOR' BAM You can now change resolutions and do whatever you want without that stupid black screen and you dont have to edit that file.

Welcome to the club set the resolution and refresh rate to 30 hz and enable vsync that is how i play gta v, well, all my games 60hz gives problems for my tv, and this tv is 120hz, or a lie or something else i don't know you could try to enable vsync at 60hz but seems to give more problems, at least on my part of the tv club Oddly enough this is the only game I have trouble with when it comes to vsync. I guess it's where it caps the game at 30 fps. I guess if I can't figure it out I can live with the tearing if it means I have smoother gameplay.
